I've enjoyed the way Amelia syncs to my google calendar, but it suddenly stopped. I have no clue why. Is this an issue with anyone else this week? Do you have any tips?
Thanks for reaching out to us. When you say it stopped working, does that mean that not all the appointments are visible on the Google Calendar anymore? Does Amelia read the "busy slots" for Google Calendar? If that's the case, make sure that you increase the "maximum number of events returned per page" in Google Calendar settings since this will affect on the display of appointments in Google Calendar settings.
I mean, when new appointments are made online via the Amelia widget, they are only visible on the Amelia appointments page and no longer visible on my Google calendar.
Yes, this looks like it could be an issue with the "maximum number of events returned". Try increasing this number in Google Calendar settings and you should be able to see all the appointments in Google Calendar.
I’ve changed the max number of events returned to 2500! Can you define what this means for me? For example, if by next year I’ve had 2500 appointments synced to Google Calendar, will the appointments after that (2501, 2502) no longer sync?
As Stefan is out of the office, I will fill in for him.
If that happens, events from Google Calendar will no longer sync, but that really rarely happens. If it does, you can simply reconnect an employee to their Google Calendar nad it will work fine.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
