I created buffer time depending on my various services.
My issue is with the services where buffer time is before the actual appointment, my clients get their notification email with a start time INCLUDING the buffer created for me to prepare for their appointment and not the time of their actual appointment.
Is there a way to fix that so the time sent to the customer is the time of the actual appointment and not including the buffer time? If not, do you have a suggestion of how I could work around that?

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We can not replicate this issue. We booked an appointment at 6.05
and in notifications we set %appointment_date_time% placeholder and we got the correct time
If you can please send us a short one minute video of the issue so that we can see how this looks on your end.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic
