Hello,
I have set up my Amelia form. I am struggling to get the booking notifications. I am not sure is the SMTP is set up properly and there is a delay on the booking notifications coming through.
When they do there isn't any information on them. Attached is an example of the notification I have been getting to my email and also
I need help to set this up correctly.

Thanks for reaching out to us. There is an issue in console when you want to send a test email
This error indicates that there is an issue with the hosting provider. Most probably there is something on preventing the email notifications from being sent. I recommend checking out with the hosting to see if there is something on their side.

Ok, I will check with the hosting, however the issues with the forms were when it was live. Does that make a difference?
Also from what you can see was the SMTP set up correctly?

but even if i try a different port and secure it, it's still the same issue
