I had big hopes this plugin would be last booking plugin I purchased, but still basic functions are missing to operate my salon business. Here are a few that I am really looking forward to have. Could you please also let me know when is the next release and what will be covered. I seen people asking same features for years. I have invested so much time on this and really dont want to swich to another solution. I have used 4 plugins already.

Be able to add/subtract to the payments: We daily deal with this so, let say I have a customer I need to give a discount or add a tip amount etc. On the panel where we edit payment details (which is too many clicks to get there to set the payment). You have something like this on events but not on appointments. Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about:  https://linkerr.io/zgNKi Be able to block time on the calendar at anytime: We need to have a easy function for staff to just set the date and time to block on any given day. Yes I see the special days and others but this is not the solution. Any appointment plugin I have used had this implemented. I need to block 2 hours tomorrow. Just go the the calendar and like you add an appointment add a block time, select full-day or select start finish time. Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about:  https://linkerr.io/PRgxY Be able to change the duration of the service:Sometimes we finish service earlier or we may need to add extra time to it. It would be great to have that option where we can change the finished time of the service. Reducing it or extending if there is open time. Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Be able to add/subtract to the payments: We daily deal with this so, let say I have a customer I need to give a discount or add a tip amount etc. On the panel where we edit payment details (which is too many clicks to get there to set the payment). You have something like this on events but not on appointments. Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about:  https://linkerr.io/zgNKi - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. There will be new update soon and you can follow our change log here https://wpamelia.com/changelog/ but will this be added at some point in the future we can not say but this is not in our planes in the near future

    2. Be able to block time on the calendar at anytime: We need to have a easy function for staff to just set the date and time to block on any given day. Yes I see the special days and others but this is not the solution. Any appointment plugin I have used had this implemented. I need to block 2 hours tomorrow. Just go the the calendar and like you add an appointment add a block time, select full-day or select start finish time. Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about:  https://linkerr.io/PRgxY - we have this option now. If you completed the integration of Outlook or Google calendar then you just need to connect the employees to a calendar from the employee modal and they can create easily in their calendar some busy event that last for example 2 hours and those 2 hours wont appear in Amelia as available. You just need to enable the option in the integration section called remove busy time slots and that is it

    3. Be able to change the duration of the service:Sometimes we finish service earlier or we may need to add extra time to it. It would be great to have that option where we can change the finished time of the service. Reducing it or extending if there is open time. Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about:  https://linkerr.io/pDLvD - This is also not available in Amelia and for this we are not sure that this will be possible to implement in the future.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
