Over-Booking Problem

    Hi,
I am trying to sort a booking system out for a football club to hire a football pitch.

The pitch is split into 4 quarters and can be rented as either quarters (Q), halves (H) or the full pitch (F).

I have tried creating a service for Q, H and F pitch and then made 4 separate employees called QA, QB, QC & QD so it displays correctly on the calendar.
When When the half pitch or full pitch is booked, it is only assigned to 1 employee, but this still leaves the other employees available, which obviously can't work because the pitch is filled.

Any advice or help is extremely appreciated as I am on a deadline to get this sorted for my client.

    Many Thanks,
    Chris

    Hello Christopher,

Thanks for reaching out to us

This scenario is a bit tricky and unfortunately, it can't be configured since all services will be visible no matter if one of the services is already booked. In reality, if the full pitch is reserved, then the half or quarter pitch can't be booked, but in Amelia, those services will be visible since they are separated.
