Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Hello I'm just getting started with the Amelia booking app and so far it's going well! I'm at a point where I've created our services (we offer glass blowing workshops) along with employee accounts and finally checked my progress to see how it was looking on the front end.  I'd like to double check if my settings on the back end are incorrect for how we'd like it to look on the front end OR is there something that would need to be adjusted on your end. Here's our issue:

We would like the drop down menu that clients select when they need to add participants to their appointment to begin with the number 1 and offer up to the pre-determined settings for Max participants for that service. At the moment, the drop down menu starts with the number 5 and looks to reflect the total number of intended participants. We'd like the drop down menu to reflect the number of participants that are being added, which also increase the price for that service. Based off of feedback that I received about the front end look, it was confusing my test subject as to how many people they were adding to the reservation. While the reservation details all were correct, the "real time" experience making the reservation was a bit confusing. I've added a screenshot of what the drop down looks like on the font end. Thank you, for your help!

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

From your screenshot we can conclude that you gave set that minimum capacity for this service is 6. If you want to allow your customers to be able to book for less then 6 people you can

    1. Change the capacity of the service to be 1 for example and then in appointment settings

    or

    2. You need to allow the booking to be available for less then you set your minimum capacity

I suggest that you set both minimum capacity to 1 and enable booking bellow minimum capacity

As for the price when you edit the service you can enable option that price will be multiplied per person like this

This should help with both of these.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
