I want to manage a pilates center, and I wonder if your plugin can help me. Here are the main functionalities I need: The hiring of services is NOT done through the website, but I will register clients in the system myself and assign them a category based on the number of weekly classes they have contracted: 1, 2, or 3. It must be possible to change the client's category, for example, if they have contracted one weekly class and decide to contract two, then I will change their category.

I will also manage the calendar, defining classes, schedules, and available spots. I will assign the slots in which clients can come to class. I also need to be able to define free slots. Only registered clients or users will be able to use the calendar.

Clients, by identifying themselves with a username and password, will be able to access their class calendar and cancel those classes they cannot attend. When a client cancels a class, we offer them the possibility to make it up, so the number of make-up sessions will depend on whether they have 1, 2, or 3 weekly classes, being 1, 2, or 3 MONTHLY substitutions respectively. The substitution must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Sessions can be made up in the current month and the month following the cancellation date, no later.

Lastly, the system must be functional for different activities, allowing the creation of timetables for various classes. When registering a student, their type and related activity will be assigned. In addition, it must be possible to allow some additional class substitutions, managed directly by the administrator.

    Hello Fernando,

Thanks for reaching out to us. There is an option to book all appointments and choose service / category / employee, as an admin from the backend. By default, each time the customer book an appointment, Amelia will automatically register a customer, but you also have the option to create a customer manually from the backend. Unfortunately, currently, there is no option to configure that will let registered customers to use the calendar, since all customers that are going to access the booking form are going to be able to book appointments from the front end. There are third party plugins that will let you configure this type of system, but we don't work with them, so we are not able to guarantee it will work.

Also, unfortunately, there is no option for monthly subscription, but we are working on implementing this system in future updates. Instead, there is an option called "packages", see if you can find it useful. This will give you an option to create a package of services that you can offer at the discounted price. You can find more information on this link.

Of course, if you have any other questions or issues, feel free to ask.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
