is it possible to get a notification when a customer changed personal data in the customer panel?
The situation is: Customer can change e.g. email adress in Amelia profile in customer panel, which is a good thing. But I store personal data also in other applications, e.g. in a CRM. A customer, who changed his/her email address in the profile may of course assume, that s/he has done his/her job. But when I want to send an email to that customer I would still use the old address which is still in the CRM.
On the other hand I did not find an option to prevent customers from changing personal information on their own and by this force them to inform me about changes.
Unfortunately, currently, both of these features are not available in Amelia. There is no option to prevent customers to change their data and we do not have option to inform you about that change since notifications are tied to appointments and event and they are only triggered by them. This would require rewriting everything related to notifications and the way they work so this is not possible at this time I'm afraid.
