This option is working we do not have any issues with it.
You can do that easily you just need to check for 3 things
1. You have option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Outlook Settings in Amelia plugin. When you enable this option it will be removed the busy slots in your employees’ Outlook Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots from the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is an event in the Outlook Calendar.
2. In order for these slots to be removed the events in Google Calendar must be set as Busy.
3. In settings/inetgrations you gave option called maximum number of events returned to 999 please make sure that is set like this
4. Please check if they are connected to a proper calendar or that they did not dropped out from a calendar.
Sorry, I expressed myself badly. I wanted to know if it was possible to retrieve unavailable slots from the employee's outlook calendar to make them appear in Amélia's backoffice schedule?
Yes, you can and we know that there is no issue with this integration we just had a few similar cases and we confirmed that everything is working in each case there was a human error
So the solution that we have sent you already you need to double check
In most cases the events in the calndar were not set to BUSY and some were looking in to wrong calendar can you please check once again for this

Good morning, Yes, everything is correctly configured, I created a new event in outlok at 4 p.m. but it still does not appear in the employee's Amelia schedule. I give you this access: - Identifier: Speaker - MdP: &K#T%BeFntOy(admdZbwL5dz
Everything is fine as far as Amelia is concerned but the issue is that you have the same mail for an employee and a customer
You have created conflict of roles si Amelia can not function properly. Now you need to delete this customer and purge the cache and to try again and see if everything will work. In case it does not you would need either to delete these users in database or just to delete them both in Amelia and create new ones with new separate mails.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Hi,
This option does not work with an outlook connection. However, the option "Delete busy locations from Outlook calendar" is activated in the settings

Thank you for your reply. Indeed, it works well like this, but the schedule in Amélia does not display the unavailable slots?
Hello there,
Not sure what do you mean by "but the schedule in Amélia does not display the unavailable slots"?
If you want to show time slots that are booked and unavailable you can set this in customize section like this
Hope this helps.
