Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Good morning,
I have a problem on Mac I don't see any appointments in the back office and I can't make appointments while on Windows no problems.
How can I resolve the problem please?
Hello Amélie,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please, try clearing the WP cache, and browser cookies/cache. This could be an issue with caching, you can also try different browsers.
Kind Regards,

Good morning,
I was a little quick to say that the problem was Mac.
The problem seems to come from the account directly.
I connected with an account (B) which has the same rights and I can see the appointments clearly. On the other hand, with my account (A) it is impossible to see appointments or even make them directly via Amelia.
This problem is present on all browsers that I have tested.
I check the rights again but I don't see any difference between account A and account B.
Can you help me please ?
Hello Amélie,
No problem, that makes more sense. So, you've checked the user role for the second account in WP users section? There should be only one user role assigned, so either admin or employee or customer. If two or more user roles are assigned, this will create a conflict.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Good morning,
After several searches I finally found what was going on. There was an Amelia customer account linked to the same address as account B. As a result, we only saw the appointments specific to this account.
I deleted the customer account and all the appointments appeared.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience
