Workaround for integrating multiple calendars?

    Hi!

I just bought this plugin today and have nearly finished setting it up. But there is a huge issue I've discovered that's probably a deal-breaker if I can't figure out a workaround...

I rely on multiple calendars for my business: Google, Zoom, and Honeybook. [As for Google, I have several "sub" accounts (though I can, in a pinch, pair them down to a single account).]

As for Honeybook and Zoom, however, that's not an option. The only workaround I can envision is to manually create a duplicate calendar event for my Zoom and Honeybook-originating appointments. But, this isn't practical for multiple reasons, not to mention that it would be very prone to error (and therefore lead to double-booking).

I'm thinking that I'm going to have to find another plugin and request a refund, but before I do, I'm wondering if you have any suggestions? I've already upvoted this request (which as of now has reached 250 upvotes). I'm not interested in spending more money on a workaround when there are other plugin options out there.

I look forward to your response and learning whether there's a solution. Thank you greatly!

    With gratitude,

    Kristi

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.

At this time you can connect only Google and only one Outlook calendar at a time. You can not connect other calendars or multiple calendar Amelia can only check one Google and only one Outlook calendar at a time.

If this is a deal breaker we are sorry to hear this but we understand and in that case please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:

If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund PolicywpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
