One of my clients alerted me to an error that recently started occuring on my scheduling page, which is new. When she went to book an appointment, she was able to get all the way through the process until the confirmation page, and when she filled out everything on that final page and clicked "confirm", she got the error: Time slot unavailable. I went through the same process myself and got the same error. (see attached screen shot) The error is appearing no matter what slot I choose, and the slots are not in conflict with my google calendar which is synced. Please help!
Update: the issue seems to be more complex than my original ticket. The page where clients choose their time slot is only syncing with my google calendar up to April 23rd, and then for all of the dates after, it is not syncing, but the confirmation page is syncing with my google calendar completely. What that means is that on the page that allows clients to choose time slots, up to an including April 23rd, the page is syncing correctly with my google calendar. However, from April 24th onward, it is showing that my availability is the full range of the time I set up for working hours for the company, i.e. it shows me as available from 9am-5pm on April the 24th and every day after that, (except for the vacation weeks I blocked out fully) rather than hiding the slots on that day that have been blocked off on my google calendar. So if the client selects any day on or after April 24th, they are able to pick a slot which is actually blocked off on my google calendar. But then, when they get to the confirmation page and try to confirm, they get the message that the slot is not available, because it actually is not available, as indicated on my google calendar.
Please help! I have been poking around on the back end and really can't figure out what's going on.

Yes, i would need the test user credentials to check the configuration and to try to reproduce the use case.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

Thanks for the permission, now i am able to see all the settings. Previously we had an issue with "timeslot not available" but it has been fixed with the latest update. I can see that you have Amelia 7.4.3 installed, so that's correct. I've just increased the maximum number of events to higher number in Google Calendar settings. We have positive feedback from our users that this does have effect on the number of appointments on Google Calendar, so i suppose this should fix the issue in terms of Amelia recognizing the busy slots in Google Calendar and thus not showing them as available in Amelia.
Feel free to test it out and let me know if it works. It usually takes some time for Google Calendar to apply the changes, but it should be working properly.
