Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

I have a health centre with a finite calacity of 20 places. I have different service packages ranging from 2 hours to 10 hours. I have the 2 hour appointment setup and I need to setup 4 hour, 6 hour and 10 hour appointments but I am concerned that the center capacity will not be managed properly. How can I achieve that using Amelia? I am open to upgrading my license to use packages it required.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can not set total capacity per centre with Amelia you set this per service and per emplyoee.

So if you offer 5 services at the same time with 5 employees and the capacity of the services is 20 you can receive 100 bookings.

But for example if you offer 5 services at the same time with 1 employee and the capacity of the services is 20 you can receive 20 bookings but emplyoee can be booked at one service at a time. So when he is booked on service A he is then unavailable for all other services in that time slot to avoid double booking.

Creating packages does not affect the capacity this only gives you and your customers possibility to purchase several appointments in one go instead of booking them one by one but they are just like any other appointment and this does not change the capacity of the service.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
