Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Integration between Amelia an Ultimate Member plugin

    Hello,

I would know if there's any possibilities in Amelia to create a Customer account without going through the booking process. I know that this is not a plugin's feature, but I would know if there's an external plugin that allows to create an Amelia customer account and with those credentials to log in the account page to see the customer's profile.

I'm trying Ultimate Member, that allows to create an Amelia Customer account, but when I try to log in it says "Username or password not existing".

Let me know if I can do something with this plugin and if yes, what I'm doing wrong.

    Thanks

    Hello Davide,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We are familiar with the fact that some users are using third party plugins like Ultimate Member and etc, but, unfortunately, we are not able to provide support since we don't have integration and we don't work with them. Currently, there is an option in Amelia that can be enabled and it's called "automatically create user". If this is enabled, Amelia will automatically create a WP user, but it is required for a customer to create a booking first. Otherwise, you can manually create a customer and then share the credentials.

    Kind Regards,
