It looks like Amelia didn't "pick up" the columns during update. This is what i see in the console

This is what you can do. Deactivate Amelia temporarily, clear the cache, activate Amelia, clear the cache again and it should "pick up" the missing column.

For the issue of services disappearing and where you can book appointments, please check if your WP user has only one user role. It should be only configured to admin, or employee, or customer and etc.
