We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi, I am the developer for this website. I have a customer who wonders if it is possible to make the system remember the customers written information. 

    The website Is an online wet, where the customers has to fill out some specific details about their pet, if they want to make an appointment.  The customers finds it frustrating that they have to fill out the same information every time they make an appointment. Is it possible to make some solution, where the system will remember the information they filled in the last time they visited the website? Or is it possible that the system just remeber some of the fields the customers filled out.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If they are connected to a WP user and they are logged in the fields in Amelia can be pre poluated. Those fields are name last name mail and phone. All other field such as custom field must be filled in each time when there is a booking because those fields are tied to that specific appointment not to customer profile. So they must fill it in each time when they try to book again.
