It used to display three formatted columns as they appear in the wpdatatable, but now it just outputs text. The shortcode for other tables is working.
The table also now has an error message as follows:
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/bettercharity/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/source/class.wpdatacolumn.php on line 1263

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

1. I am happy to see the initial issue has been resolved in the meantime.
2. In regards to updating of your Plugin, if you have a very old version, it is possible that you just need to manually update it now, and if you correctly set up the auto-update for your Plugins on the site, including ours; then in the future it should start working.
Here are the instructions how you can manually update the Plugin and let us know in the future if you still encounter any issue with the next version.
The most important step is to check this option;
In the main plugin settings/'Prevent deleting tables in database'.
When you have that enabled, it means that all your tables, settings and charts will remain safe in your WordPress Database, so you can safely update the plugin.
If you activated the purchase code in wpDataTables Settings/Activation, the update should be offered in the Plugins section. On some WordPress installations, you need to deactivate the plugin first in order to see the update offered, so please try that.
If that doesn't work, try going through Dashboard/Updates. See if you can update the plugin through there, and if that doesn't work either, you can follow the manual update procedures from this Guide :
