If I am seeing it correctly on the Page, it is this button in question with a href as :

And it should redirect as automatically 'scrolled' and focused on this section with the Title "Pourquoi investir ?" ?

It seems to be working as expected now, but I presume you removed the wpDataTable from the redirected page  https://www.gsam.com/content/gsam/fra/fr/advisors/resources/investment-ideas/india-the-worlds-growth-engine.html#section-background_6bbe_background_sectionheaderwithtab?

Or was the link not working properly with the anchor when a DataTable as 'regular view' was set on the original Page with the button https://www.infastor.com/investir-en-inde/ ?

It seems you removed our Tables from both Pages;

so, in order for us to isolate this issue on your Site;

the best way is if you can create a Staging version of the Website, then re-create the issue there and set our Table shortcode as the 'regular view',  then send me an URL to the Staging Site along with Administrator credentials and FTP Credentials for safety;

 so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?

Just make sure, if you send us any sensitive data, such as Login information, to mark the reply as PRIVATE, then only we can see it.

Thank you, now I can see how it happens, as you said - if we click in the button “Etape 3 : investir” , it does stop after it starts scrolling when it reaches the end our Table.

I can see it is meant to go further down, all the way to the section “Etape 3”, as you described.

And if I understand, when you disable our Plugin, then it does properly scroll all the way to its intended anchor section?

We never saw a conflict like this before, so for this, we will need to escalate it to our developer Team.

They will do their best to try to debug this issue, and we will keep you posted on the progress.

But in order for them to safely troubleshoot this, we don't wish to mess up your Live Site.

Would you be able to provide us with a Staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user,

 FTP credentials

 and the database access ( Either link with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or Hosting Panel),

 so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?

If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?

If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

If you send us access, please make sure it is a PRIVATE reply, for security reasons, then only we can see it.

We downloaded the "All in one Migration" file, this one looks good, it should work.

We will get help from our developers now to try and debug this issue for you.

They usually quickly resolve conflicts, but we did not see an issue like this yet, so it could take more time than usual.

I will keep you posted on their progress and going to let you know if they need any additional access or details.

Milos is out of the office so I'll jump in real quick. I also want to apologize for the delay.

Our developers took a look and they said the issue is coming from fixed columns and fixed headers. It jumps on sticky and when it gets to a sticky element, it stalls. This is why, when the table is not present, everything is working correctly. They believe that all elements are sticky and it's hard to be sure without a thorough (long) debugging process.

We're having issues with the AIO you sent us since when we edit the page, there's no table on the page, and we can't edit the page with Elementor. Can you please elaborate on the sticky elements included in this page and maybe send us another AIO duplicate with the current state of the website so we can give it another shot?
