After updating my Amelia Basic plugin to Amelia Pro,
I am facing a very critical issue.
Indeed, when I am in my Wordpress dashboard and I click on the different parameters of my Amelia plugin,
I do not have access to any results. All I get is a blank page.
First of all, can you please reinstall the Amelia plugin on your website and let me know if the issue has been resolved?
If the issue is the same, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us.

I received an update proposal from Amelia today, and after updating the plugin the problem with Amelia settings not showing on Microsoft Edge completely disappeared.
However, I encounter another problem.
This is now a fault I'm experiencing after setting up my Whatsapp integration.

Please let me know if you can take care of this issue in this ticket. Or should I create another one specifically for this problem?
Your templates are empty. Most likely you didn't choose the right language in WhatsApp-meta settings.
Please check the language choice in the WhatsApp template editor, do you have French language as a choice? If there is, can you please select that one and let me know if that worked for you?

The issue is that there are a lot of steps to check in Developers' Meta and it is difficult to troubleshoot, can you please reconfigure the whole WhatsApp integration to ensure that each step was done correctly?

I'm really sorry, I restarted the WhatsApp integration in Amelia but still no solution.
Can you please with the authentication codes that I provided you, try to do the integration for me, I apologize for asking you this but now I am losing hope.
I even wrote to Facebook support but it's a struggle for them to even answer my emails.
