I'm desperate. I'm sure I have something wrong. I cannot create individual reservations within the same time slot. After registering the first reservation in the slot. Then it doesn't allow me to book a second one in the same slot. I send screenshots of Amelia's configuration on the website.
Hello Urôs I have activated, as you have indicated, allowing reservations below the minimum amount and it has allowed me to reserve a second reservation for another client from the front desk. Not so from the Backend.
In addition, it has created a group reservation for me, not two individual reservations. Yes, it is true that it has allowed me to cancel one of the reservations from the frontend, a cancellation that has been reflected in "reservations" but is still visible in the reservations panel.
In the back end, you will have to edit an already-existing appointment instead of creating another one as an appointment cannot be created on top of another one.
Those two will be grouped as the capacity for a service is larger than one and also canceled appointments will be displayed as well for monitoring and possible refund purposes.

Hello Iñaki,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" option on the Amelia/Settings/Appointments page and let me know if it works or not?
Lookign forward to your reply.

Hello Iñaki,
Thank you for the update on this.
In the back end, you will have to edit an already-existing appointment instead of creating another one as an appointment cannot be created on top of another one.
Those two will be grouped as the capacity for a service is larger than one and also canceled appointments will be displayed as well for monitoring and possible refund purposes.
Please let me know if that helps you.
