Once again we are not sure what you are asking or what you want to achieve. You have sent us screenshot of the time and date step.

Amelia work like this

1. On the first and confirmation step you can show the name of the employees

2. Customer must enter their data in information section for him or for a person that is coming to appointment 

3. The name of that customer will appear in the back as we sent you in our first reply

4. Also there you can see the employee that is assigned to that appointment 

That is it.

This is it there is no other option and on these places, you can see names of the employees and a customer on these places this is how Amelia is designed and how it works.
