    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we are experiencing with our email confirmation system.

    Despite our best efforts and attempts to troubleshoot internally, we have been unable to resolve the issue. Our email confirmation notifications are not being sent out successfully. This problem is critical as it directly impacts our communication with our customers and the overall user experience.

    We kindly request your immediate assistance in investigating and rectifying this matter as soon as possible. Timely email confirmations are crucial for our operations, and any delay in resolving this issue could have adverse effects on our business.

    Please prioritize this ticket and provide us with regular updates on the progress of your investigation and any steps taken to resolve the issue. If additional information or access is required from our end, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly.

    You have this error and we can see that the issue is with your email and host

     SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [email protected]: Sorry 35.214.212.194. The "MAIL FROM" email address [email protected]

    / justhebarber.nl you are using is not hosted on this server. 

    Tried to use [email protected] / justhebarber.nl as mail from address. Sending
    mails from addresses not hosted on our server is not allowed. Please check
    the "MAIL FROM" settings of your mail client and make sure you set the
    "MAIL FROM" address to an email account which is hosted on the server.

    So please reach out to your hosting provider and forwarded them this error so that they can guide you to resolve this on the server.
