Since this is a package selection option, if there are multiple employees assigned for services that are part of the package, the customer will have the option to select the employee for a certain appointment each time he selects a package. The selection will be "fixed" only if there is one employee assigned.

For a more detailed explanation, the first selection is more related to service/employee selection, without selecting a package, but If the customers select a package a new employee selection option will appear based on the package configuration. In package settings, for each service, you can choose if the customer would have the option to select an employee (in the customer panel) and which one he can choose.
