Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
hello, I wanted to update the different notification emails in HTML format. I updated from the WP Amelia plugin, but despite having saved and cleared the site and server caches, the emails still remain the old ones.
However, when I test the email from the plugin I receive the new email but not in real life when I test a reservation. Could you please help me ?

Here the email received. There is no “A COMPTER DU 1 JUILLET 2024”. The text should appear under the headline.

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Most likely you have add French in Amelia and now French is saved as a second language. If you did this the you should not have done this because Amelia inherits the language that is set in WordPress. Now you need to copy this template that you set in general template to French template.
So you most likely you can see the French language here
Then you need to copy the original template then to choose the French as in screenshots above and then to paste it there and save each new French template.
Then the correct notifications should be sent.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

Hello Marko,
Thank you for your reply. It seems to work now.
It's surprising because I don't remember adding the multilanguage option...
Can I delete the content that is in "general template"?
Thanks
Hello again,
You are most welcome, and we are glad that we were able to help you. I would not delete this if I was you. You have created not language conflict and now all is fine so I would not change this. If you ever need several more languages you can then add them and you will be able to create new templates for those language but these 2 templates I would not delete. Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic
