When a client purchases a package of appointments, how are the appointment stored? Namely, is there a "bank" of appointments or does the client need to schedule all of the appointments in a package at the moment of purchase? If a client needs to cancel an appointment, can the appointment go back into a "bank" to be rescheduled at a later date?
All appointments are stored in the backend and you can see them in the Appointments section. When there are packages created (depending on the license) in Service section, you can find Packages. This is the place where all packages are stored along with the appointments for a certain package that have been booked by customers. When booking a package on the booking form, the customer can schedule the appointments right on the booking form, or he can manage the appointments from the customer panel. I recommend checking out more information on this link.
