We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

The site is currently under development and is on a staging site. I'd like to make sure my employees can ban a customer if the customer repeatedly no-shows or cancels without notification. Also, if a customer is mistreating an employee in any way, I'd like to be able to ban them as well. Is there a way to block a customer from booking future appointments?

    Hello Gladys,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, there is no option to "ban" a customer, but there is a "no show" option that can be enabled in User Roles / Customer.

Once you enable this option, all customers who had appointments marked as “No Show” in the past will be seen differently in the “Appointments” section, and the Customer’s profile (in the “Customers”) section. A gray tag indicates the customer who failed to show up once; a yellow tag indicates the customer who failed to show up twice; and the red tag indicates the customer who failed to show up 3 or more times: no-show

This is useful if you for example have the default status set to "pending", since all appointments will be marked as pending and then you can decide if you want to accept the appointment based on the "no show" tag.

I hope it helps, let me know if you have any other questions or issues.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
