I have an issue with translating my Step-By-Step Booking from English to French. I have used Loco Translate and made sure that the .po & .mo files contain the proper information. However, when I do a search in these files, I do not find the words that aren't translated.

For example, there is no "Service Requested" inside the .po and .mo files.

This is frustrating as my French Step-by-step booking is halfway translated and nothing works.

I have tried the following :

• Creating a new website page
• Editing manually from the Amelia Plugin Customize page the Step-By-Step booking form used.
• Delete the French page and recreate new ones (just for the booking one).

I've tried it and complemented that with :

- Clearing Cache

- Updated the info in the Form.

It still does not work. Below is a screenshot of what is currently shown on the front end. Back end works properly.

Thank you for your reply. What exactly should I test?

I have done the following :

- Cleared the cache once more

- Changed the language to French to ensure that the translation has been properly done on the back end. No problems there.

I still do not see the changes done on the back-end reflected on the front-end website...

Yes you have permission. If changes are to be done you can proceed with that, however kindly provide me a back-up in case I would need to retrieve my old Amelia info. It took quite some time to create the services with the prices.

I do not think that is the issue. I have done the same thing as you and as can be seen by this screenshot, the local language is French. Translation does not seem to be the issue. Furthermore, the whole website is properly translated, yet only Amelia is having translation issues:

I am beginning to believe that Amelia doe not have the capabilities to fully translate the booking. This I find very unfortunate as I like the front-end design.

As this have been on-going for almost a month now, I would like this resolved asap. If it cannot be done, just tell me so and I will migrate to another capable plugin.
