It look like your employee is not available for booking. So this can happen for several reasons.
1. Please check employee's work hours and if this service is added to his work hours
2. If you have some buffer times that overlap or are 2 long. If you have some please remove them and try again because buffer time count in service length
I can't create an appointment from admin backend.
There wasn't any available slot.
