We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi

    Is it possible to remove the button to the 'customer panel' from the 'congratulations' page?

    I want to keep the customer panel, but only want the user to link to it from the notification email. Its slightly confusing for the customer linking to it before they are logged in.

    Thanks

    Chris

    Hi Amelia team.

    I just wanted to achieve the same thing, is there any solution I could use?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello Nicolas,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I will paste the response from my colleague Stefan.

    Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can hide this button with the custom CSS code. You can use this one

    #amelia-container > div.am-elf__footer.am-congrats > button.am-button.am-button--plain.am-button--medium.am-button--secondary{
        display: none!important;
    }

    Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.

    If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.

    Please note that I've booked a test appointment to get to the last step, you want to delete this appointment (it will be marked as "amelia test")

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

    Kind Regards,
