We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I'm looking at purchasing the amelia plugin for my website.

I run a petting farm and have lots of events, activities that need booking and the plugin we are using at the moment isn't able to do what we want it to do.

    Please find my questions below:

    1. Are you able to offer free tickets for people to book as Under 2s are free to enter our farm and carers also.

    2. Currently at the moment we have lamb feeding sessions that run at 10:30am & 1:30pm everyday but are limited to only 10 people per session. Is this something we can set up with the plugin?

    3. Recurring events/sessions - Are we able to set up recurring events/sessions with the ability to purchase tickets via the slot they choose to book? For example we run young farmers club every sunday 10-12.

If you could answer my questions - that would be great.

    Many thanks,

    Hello Liam,

Certainly! In Amelia, you'll find that all your requirements can be met seamlessly through its event management capabilities.

    1. Free Tickets for Specific Groups: You can indeed offer free tickets for Under 2s and carers. Amelia provides the flexibility to set specific ticket types with different pricing, including free tickets for designated groups such as Under 2s and carers.
    2. Limited Capacity Sessions: Managing sessions like lamb feeding with restricted capacity is fully feasible. With Amelia, you can easily set up events or sessions with predefined capacities, ensuring that only a specified number of participants can book for each session. This allows you to maintain the desired group size for activities like lamb feeding.
    3. Recurring Events/Sessions with Ticket Purchase: Amelia excels in handling recurring events or sessions with the option for attendees to purchase tickets for their preferred time slots. Whether it's your Young Farmers Club every Sunday from 10-12 or any other recurring activity, you can effortlessly configure it in Amelia and offer ticket purchase options for each time slot.

In summary, Amelia offers robust event management features, allowing you to customize ticket types, set capacities for sessions, and schedule recurring events with ticket purchase options. With its versatility and user-friendly interface, you can efficiently manage your petting farm's bookings and ensure a seamless experience for both visitors and staff.

    Kind Regards,
