Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

It would be much easier to provide the WP admin credentials since I'm not sure if we are going to be able to match with the available time. Before accessing your WP, here are two things that are related to this issue. First of all,  you want to make sure that the SMTP settings are configured as per this instructions. If the settings are correct, then most probably the issue is related to the hosting provider settings. This is accessible via console, and that's why is asked for the credentials.

No problem, but it's not the settings that we can change since it's related to the hosting provider. The settings that you can change are the mail settings in Amelia and usually, if it's configured correctly the test mail will be working properly. My point was to check if there are issues in the console when sending a test mail, since this is the way of checking the error and we would need access to your console for that. Also, make sure that the WP timezone settings are properly configured to the nearest city in your timezone. If you already checked this, then the last solution would be to provide the access so we can log in to take a look.

Thanks again. If i try to send a test email, here is what i see in console

This indicates that the error is related to hosting provider settings. If the SMTP configuration settings are correct, please check with the hosting if there is something blocking the notifications from being sent.
