Is there any way to integrate a from with the amelia booking system? We need new customers to sign/fill in a legal form before appointment. If not what other ways can we go about it? I saw something about using web hooks. Again, we only need the new customers to fill this form out so previous customers that book dont get prompted to re fill it as its a long-ish form.
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back-end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.

Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. The workaround would be to use the custom fields -
To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:
