my client sells appointments in bulk to an employer and then issues a coupon to them for x amount of appointments to give to their employees.
the employees then go on my website and book with a coupon.
Is there any way on the employee appointment form to hide the price of the appointment? It needs a price so the coupon works, but the client doesn’t want the employee to see the price at all.
You could hide the pricing with CSS code, but, unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
This option is in "general", it will be applied to all coupons. When creating a new coupon, in coupon settings, you can assign this coupon to particular services / events, which means that the coupon will be visible only if the customer selects the particular service/event.
