We're having trouble with our customer's not receive an account set up link.
When a new customer books a service, they are not receiving an account set up email. All other email notifications are working fine.
When clicking the customer panel button on the booking form, it brings the customer to the correct page, but it asks for their email and password, which they do not have.
When on the customer panel page, customers can enter their email and request a reset password, but none is sent out automatically.
Customer panel notification is not sent out when the customer is created, but rather when the "Forgot a password" button is clicked on the customer panel.
