1 appointment of Lynette Tan at 9:00 am - 12:00 pm is missing in amelia booking system but present in google calendar by amelia. what could be the root cause of this issue?
1. Perhaps this booking was not made in Amelia? Maybe this was added in some other way in to your calendar?
2. Or can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee or employee and customer. etc. Or if this user has the same mail as other user for example admin/manager and employee or employee and customer. etc.
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
1. I just checked the flow. there was no other way for that booking. it was created by customer through booking form. And I believe it was present in google calendar because the customer made the booking. Even the payment was made by credit card and now it's missing in amelia booking system.
2. Yes, I've already checked. We have only one role assigned to one user so there's no issue in it too.
Could you please try to dig deeper to resolve this issue. I don't think these 2 points are the root cause of this issue.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that this can happen once in a million and that it is best to monitor whether this will be repeated. It shouldn't, but if it starts to repeat itself, it's enough to just disconnect employees from the calendar and reconnect it.
If this is an isolated case, we do not advise you to do it immediately, so that you do not lose your old apps in GCal when you reconnect, because if you reconnect GCal, then you will lose your old GCal events. So if this is an isolated case, you don't have to do anything and this shouldn't happen again. If it happens again, you just need to reconnect the employee who has this issue to the calendar.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Then the only other solution that we have at this time is to disconnect employees from the calendar and reconnect it again and then purge the cache and this should not happen again.

Dear Marko,
This same issue happened with another employee too. What would you suggest here?
Looking forward for your reply.
Hello again,
Then the only other solution that we have at this time is to disconnect employees from the calendar and reconnect it again and then purge the cache and this should not happen again.
Hope this helps.
