Sent the link to book a voice trial with a teacher. I went on Crystals page and noticed in the steps to continue I couldn't move on to next month. The dates are all greyed out. Then I tried to book a piano trial and it worked normally but the available times do not line up with the time I see in Amelia. Amelia seems to not be on the same time as us here in California PST. Crystal is in Arkansas and goes off of Chicago Central time. The times on our website that are available do not add up to the same times available on Amelia but they should be the exact same. I am not sure if it is because we observe daylight savings time here in California? Our web developer said it is an Amelia issue and asked me to reach out to you for help. Thank you!

    Hello Tenisha,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Issues like this can occur if your WordPress site is set to be in a different time zone. Since Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.

If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in the back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regards to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).

    Kind Regards,
