Even though I've scheduled a 1 hour class the price is showing £17.50. I've tried over and over and over. Similar thing happening with different students too.

Thanks. I've made a test booking for service Power up Level 3 and the pricing is correct, indeed.
I'm noticing this black bar on the left side, not sure where this coming from. Perhaps, it could be a conflict with other plugins. Try clearing cache/cookies, as well.
Please can you try the 1 hour classes, this is where the issue arises. In addition, perhaps you could try the actual lesson I sent the screen shot of below 'secondary school support - creative writing' set to 1 hour class. I cannot get this to book correctly.
I cleared my cookies yesterday. And the black bar has been there since I first started using the plugin (before I added additional plugins) therefore it is definitely not related to conflicts with other bookings.
I'm really uncertain what to do about the fact that my pricing continues to be all over the place.
Attached is another example of trying to book a class on the website, where the price is different to my listed price. How can I operate a business like this? I need some more serious intervention and assistance please otherwise I will need to leave a formal review with trust pilot and seek a different plugin.
In addition, the pricing that I wrote to you about previously is still not correcting with the specific screen shot I sent you. I know you said when you book a class it shows correctly, but that does not solve my ongoing issue.
Are you able to get that price to correct for a 1 hour class?
This is very frustrating for me, please can you find the issue with this and assist in rectifying.
I understand, but, as you saw in my last screenshot, i was able to book the appointment for 1h for the same service that you've reported an issue for (creative writing). I have even booked an appointment for a service before the one you've reported, and again, the pricing is displayed correctly.
If i go to your website to check the pricing again, here is how i see it
It's the same even if i choose the 1h duration
Even if i choose a different teacher, it's always the correct price. I would kindly assist, but i have no clue how we should troubleshoot further, especially since it's working correctly on our side and we are not able to reproduce the case. I know you've said you've cleared cookies and cache, perhaps you can try a different browser?
Unfortunately, the support is only available through Ticksy and some other social media platforms. I've noticed an issue in the backend. There is a WP user with an admin user role that has the same email as the employee. This will create a conflict, so make sure that these two emails are different. To be precise, the user with the email [email protected] is also an employee with the same email.
Also, make sure that you are previewing the webpage (booking form) from the incognito tab and ask your hosting to do a deep clean cache.
I sent these queries yesterday, but unsure why they are not reflecting in this thread.
1) I thought you have to have a wordpresser user with the same profile/ email for them to access the backend of Amelia. Myself and a head teacher both have a teacher role in wordpress with the same email address in the wordpress user list. Please clarify this. I thought I followed the user instructions which stated this is what should be done.
I continue to have the price discrepancy for the 30 min/ 1 hour appointments between different services.
2) Why is there a price range for this? It should just have 1 price. It seems to me there is a bug? [your screen shot]
3) Yesterday I had a customer try book online, and there were no options to change the time in the calendar.
You should also have different users with different emails when it comes to admin / employee / manager user account. In this particular case, the employee and the wp user with admin user role had the same emails, which means that if you use the admin account to log in to the wp, Amelia will be confused and it will recognize the user account as an employee, as well. I can see now that this is fixed, that's great.
For the other issues, if i have your permission, i want to update to Amelia 7.4.3 (or you can do it yourself). Currently, there is Amelia 7.4 installed, but we have fixed a lot of bugs since then, so we want to make sure that the latest version is installed.
Hi,
I think there must be a bug or issue relating to the pricing of appointments that are manually booked.
When I book a 1 hour class it gives the price of a 30 minute class (I've double checked everything).
When booking appointments random price appears that are not listed under the price for that appointment.
When applying coupons, illogical prices appear.
This has not occurred before and is a new issue.
Please help me resolve this.
Here you can see an example
1 hour class £35
30 min class £17.50
Even though I've scheduled a 1 hour class the price is showing £17.50. I've tried over and over and over. Similar thing happening with different students too.

Hello Chloe,
No problem. Here is just booked two appointments for services from your screenshot
There are no issues whatsoever, both appointments are booked for 1h duration and pricing is correct
Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce the issues, looks like everything is working correctly.
Kind Regards,

Just to elaborate an give further examples:
1) on the website first page shows the prices correctly:
Then the price changes on the next page:
There are no services listed for this price in Oxford Phonics World.
If you're unable to assist please can you send me a calendly link for use to discuss this issue in real time.

Hi Stefan,
I'm using Chrome. If these issues are occurring for me, what guarantee is there that they are not happening for customers?
I cannot manually even create appointments for my customers.
I really need a solution.
As I mentioned, please can you give me details for us to discuss this issue in realtime?

Hi Stefan,
Yes please go ahead. Anything you need to do to fix these bugs.
Hello Chloe,
I went ahead and updated to the latest version Amelia 7.4.3. For the service "Secondary school support" the timeslots are available for booking.
The custom duration pricing is displayed in range, since it comes from the employee custom pricing configuration.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
