When creating new reservations from the backend, Google Calendar synchronization is successful, but when making reservations from the frontend, Google Calendar synchronization does not occur.

Also, when canceling a reserved date and time, you won’t be able to reserve the same date and time again. Specifically, you’ll need to choose a time that excludes the original reservation time.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

During the course of this glitch, the reservations made by the customer were not being reflected in the Google Calendar.
Of course, that reservation is approved in Amelia's calendar.
So I approved the reservation from the backend and it was reflected in Google Calendar.
Fortunately, there were only a few, so I checked and processed them all so that they were reflected in Google Calendar.

At the moment, when you reconnect an employee in Amelia to Google Calendar, the appointments will not reflect on Google Calendar.
We do have a plan to change that in future, but there is no ETA on when it will be changed.
