I'm trying to use Mail Service>WP Mail (using plugin WP Mail SMTP Pro) as part of my notifications settings. That did not work, then I tried choosing SMTP, but that did not work either. I keep getting a 403 error.
I read a previous response regarding this issue and I also use Godaddy for my domain registry. However, I am not sure what to tell Godaddy.
If you use third-party plugin like SMTP mail, then it's recommended to use WP mail in Amelia settings. If you use SMTP for mail settings, it will create a conflict.
The best option would be to provide the WP admin credentials, so we can log in to take a look.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. If i change the Amelia mail settings to WP mail (in combination with SMTP) the test email is successfully sent. Looks like the configuration is correct.

OK, I agree. I'm no longer getting the 403 error. Very strange but glad it is resolved. :-)
