I could not replicate the issue with the changes in the notifications.
In regards to the test notification not being sent out, you will need to change the time zone of your website from UTC -4 to the time zone of the city where your business is located.
The appointment I booked myself is not displayed in the Amelia booking system update: it appears 30 mins later, not sure if this is normal?
In regards to the above-mentioned issue, this could be a cache issue, you can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.
Slow load can be caused by a lot of things - the number of appointments you have, the number of customers, the number of employees, etc.
Other than Amelia, it could be caused by the amount of other data you have on the page. Are you on a dedicated, or on a shared hosting? Can you increase the php_memory_limit on your site? If you're not sure how to do that, you can reach out to your hosting provider.
Please check out our demo sites (https://wpamelia.com/demos/) and see how the plugin should behave on a site with dedicated hosting and good server performance.
Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Is there any way we can adjust how it layout or just font size to make it readable?
