In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Let me give the basic explanation of how Amelia works. There is a booking form that you can display on the front end page, where the customers can choose the service and then date /time based on the employee work hours. You can predefine the pricing in advance for each service, but I recommend checking out our demo page to get a better understanding of Amelia.
