One of our customers is having an issue logging into the customer panel on our site. When they request a password reset link they're not receiving anything but they do receive email notifications - is there anything that could be causing this?
When I try to log in to the customer panel as a customer it briefly shows me the appointments page as if I have logged in and then kicks me out - this has been reported to me by other users as well.
This issue appeared to resolve when I reverted to a previous backup (before the latest WordPress update). Wordpress has since updated again and further issues are being reported - is it possible that the new Wordpress update is interfering with the Amelia customer panel?

I can see that you have the 7.4 version installed of the Amelia plugin installed.
Can you please update the plugin to the latest version (7.4.3), test it out, and let me know if it works or not?

This issue is now affecting all customers - any idea why this is happening?
