We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Yesterday first client reported to the employee that there are no free times, employee checked and there were many. Today it happened again. Attached in screenshot - customer sent screen and mine with the same service. And yes - limitation before time booking is disabled. We do not even know how much customers we are loosing at this moment because of your so called appointment plugin. 

    P.S. Due to unusually high number of tickets  do not ask me for login credentials and so on. I have wasted so much time with this sad excuse of a plugin. It is the worst. My guess is that the reviews on the wordpress.org page are fake, and nobody is using this sad thing and when they are using it then the tickets are unusual high numbers.

    I apologize for any frustration you're experiencing. We value all feedback and aim to resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

    Regarding your concern, I want to make sure we thoroughly understand the situation to provide the best assistance. Your screenshots show only the calendar step, while there is a significant number of services and employees on your website (54 services and 6 employees to be exact). 

    There's no way we can determine which service was selected based only on your screenshots and since we cannot replicate what you're describing locally, to investigate further, please provide specific details about which customer viewed which service, and which employee confirmed different availability during the specified date range. This will help us pinpoint the issue accurately.

    Additionally, if you have other booking pages aside from https://skaistuma-estetika.lv/rezervacija/, please let us know so we can ensure we're looking at the correct information.

    Your cooperation in providing these details will greatly assist us in resolving the matter. Please feel free to share any additional information or screenshots that might be helpful.
