I've been watching all videos that seems outdated since zoom changed the marketplace dev app. in the scope area USER and MEETINGS includes now dozens of sub choice. and my Zoom which is licensed can't accept more than 50 sub choices. Which one should I take ?
Hello, I successfully did it. You need to go create an APP at https://marketplace.zoom.us/ and copy paste the App ID and Reunion ID. The issue is to know Which Scopes should we select. In the video they said all about user and meeting. But it's working, the link appeared in Amelia's email.
actually I added almost everything under meeting and user. You can't have more than 50. Amelia support should tell us which specific one to take. I didn't get any news.
I'm not seeing any changes to the documentation related to adding scopes on zoom API.
Can you provide the scopes required based on the latest changes at zoom.
Zoom API limits to maximum of 50 that can be selected. You can no longer select:
View all user meetings;
View and manage all user meetings;
View all user information;
View users’ information and manage users.
Zoom has broken the scope into granular control under each of these scopes. I'd rather have a proper list of the required child scopes to include, and not simply add all.
Please review the new zoom API scope management system as it has changed.
I missed this ticket but I am also having same issue. One *macro scope* seems to have been turned into many, more granular permissions/scopes and the limit gets reached if all of the dropdown options are selected. I posted my story in another ticket here:
I followed the link supplied by Uros below but the directions still refer to selecting 4 scopes but the interface in the Zoom setup now requires far more granular options for *sub-scopes* under each selection.
When adding an event from amelia, no zoom meeting is created. Therefore no zoom link is created. Employee panel zoom link is blank and attendant will not have a zoom link either. (Note meeting is not created in zoom).
Is this happening to anyone else?
Anyone determined the list of required sub-scopes?
returns: {"message":"You are not allowed to access this page."}
I have enabled all meeting scopes and user scopes on zoom API that could be related, and this error persists. Note the user logged in and submitting the add event call is a full WP admin.
I'm now looking into the amelia source code to better understand this fail.
Zoom integration is failing now that zoom API has made scopes granular with sub-scopes. I'm doing my best to determine the required list of sub scopes to allow event booking to function again.
Hoping TMSPlugins will chime in here and fully resolve. - I'll keep trying until then
We kindly ask you not to write to other people's tickets because we don't want to disturb other users because everyone will get your response and our reply. Please open your ticket and we will do the tickets in order as they arrive and as soon as your ticket pops up we will contact you.
Please do not write more than once on the ticket because it sends it to the end of the queue We work on the tickets in order as they arrive, and each of your new replies sends a ticket to the end of the queue. Please open a separate ticket for each question or issue and wait for us to respond and we will try to help as best as we can to resolve the issue effectively and as soon as possible.
We have just updated our documentation Zoom documentation so you can follow the steps from this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-zoom/ and configure the integration properly and also you need to have an employee connected to a Zoom user and you need to add it to an event so that Zoom link can be created.
my apologies if I caused and excessive stress or confusion for support or any other user. I was only trying to provide further details while I attempted to fully understand the situation.
Also Provided the scopes in the new documentation the zoom user data does not load. When I was debugging I had to add scope: user:read:list_users:admin for zoom user drop down to work.
There is still missing information to get this working again.

I'm also not able to see the zoom user in the drop-down when editing an employee.
Can we get an update on this from support please.
Thank you
If it helps anyone experiencing 403 when attempting to select the zoom user the required sub scope is:
user:read:list_users:admin

After further experimentation with scopes I do see the following error in XHR:
admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/users/current
returns: {"message":"You are not allowed to access this page."}
I have enabled all meeting scopes and user scopes on zoom API that could be related, and this error persists. Note the user logged in and submitting the add event call is a full WP admin.

Hello Robert,
No worries about it, I understand. My apologies for the misunderstanding where I said the Zoom documentation was already update when it was not.

I have added the new scopes as provided in the documentation, but I am still getting a 500 and a 403 error when adding a new event.
action=wpamelia_api&call=/users/current&wpAmeliaNonce=
action=wpamelia_api&call=/zoom/users&wpAmeliaNonce
403 action=wpamelia_api&call=/users/current&wpAmeliaNonce=
500 action=wpamelia_api&call=/zoom/users&wpAmeliaNonce
