Hello I am encountering a similar issue. I too would rather the event tickets to follow the ordering set out in the back end of the website. The reason is that the more expensive options must be purchased for the smaller tickets to make sense in my usage case i.e. Book a birthday party = €200. Add an extra person = €20. In the front end it is getting people to add an extra person with options to book a party at the bottom. This is not ideal at all.
Is there any custom code option that we could implement to override Amelia overriding the display of tickets to sort by price low to high and instead show exactly the layout in the back end?
I have made some different tickets reflecting pickup times for an event however, they are sorted strangely in the front-end.
this is the backend event
They are ordered how i want them to appear, so by pickup time
but on the front end:
Hello Tobias,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
That is how it works at the moment, but we will add an option to reorder the event tickets.
In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello Marianna,
Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
Unfortunately, we do not have this option at the moment, but I hope that it will be implemented in the future.
