When you say "doesn't seem to work"  does that mean that the booking form is not displaying at all or the shortcode is not working? On this link, you can find the full list of shortcodes that can be used depending on the booking form that you want to use.

Thanks for the explanation, but that shortcode can't be used with Events. 

There are shortcodes that can be used with events 

1. [ameliaeventslistbooking] if you want to show a new, redesigned list of all your events
2. [ameliaeventslistbooking event=1] if you want to show only the Event with the ID: 1,
3. [ameliaeventslistbooking event=1 recurring=1] if you want to show the booking form for the Event with ID 1 which also shows recurring events,
4.  [ameliaeventslistbooking tag='physics'] if you want to show the booking form for all Events that include the tag ‘physics’.

Instead of location, you can use the "tags" option, perhaps.

That's correct. Unfortunately, Amelia cant take two or more tags in consideration with one shortcode. Only one tag can be placed within the shortcode, so 

[ameliaeventslistbooking tag='physics'] if you want to show the booking form for all Events that include the tag ‘physics’.
