Are there any other users with the same email? I guess this is due to the fact that there are multiple users with the same email. Do you have an employee with the same email, perhaps?
I know from where it's reading the name, but it's not correct:
It's reading the name from my customer profile, but this don't have sense because we are talking about different emails, I don't know why it's mixing the names.
That's strange, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Yes, that's strange, indeed, but the only logical reason why this is happening is because of the mixed roles conflict. I know it's a completely new customer profile, but if we try to replicate this on our local host, we can see that the dashboard name is from the WP user who is logged in at the moment. Perhaps we can check in the database, but not sure where else to look for the root cause.
From where Amelia is reading the name for the welcome page please?
Lisbel is the name of the administrator, it should not be displayed here because the user is different as you can see in the attached screenshot.
Thanks,
Lisbel.-

Hello Lisbel,
This is coming from the WP user credentials. First and the last names of WP user will be displayed in the Amelia Dashboard.

And no employee with this email ([email protected]):
