Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

It looks like there is some sort of security on your website. Perhaps you can whitelist the country (Serbia) from the list.

These are the settings that we recommend for STMP

• SMTP Host – smtp.gmail.com
• SMTP Port – 587
• SMTP Secure – TLS
• SMTP Username – Your Gmail address
• SMTP Password – Your App password (details about setting up an app password can be found in the yellow notice section below)

Usually, if this configuration is correct and the emails cant be sent, it is related to the hosting setting. We would be able to see this in the console, but I'm not able to access your WP. I would recommend checking with the hosting provider if there is something preventing the emails from being sent.

Thanks, this one is working properly. Now, i don't have the admin permissions, but I'm able to test the notifications through console. Here is the issue that i can see

You would need to configure the timezone in WP settings. You would need to configure it to the nearest city in your timezone instead of UTC. After this, you can try test email and it will tell us whether or not the mail settings are correct or it's rather an issue with the configuration.
