Hi, I have an active subscription on my Amelia account, but on installing the plugin on word press, it doesn't allow me activate the purchase code and my standard plan isn't reflecting. Do I need to sign in to wordpress with the same account I used to create wordpress
The Lite version needs to be deactivated/deleted, and the full version installed to be able to activate the license and use all features of the plugin.
You can download the full version by logging into our store with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin via e-mail.
If you already configured Amelia, don’t worry about your data. It is saved in the database, and it will be there after you install the full version.

For that purpose, you will have to download the Standard version of the plugin that you can find on the TMS store.
After that, install it on your website, clear the cache and it should be fine.
