We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Good morning, we need to configure a daily service (8 hours), with people(min 3 max 8), exclusively booked on the first booking for each day (no further bookings after the first booking for a specified day).
    How can we do?

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Not sure what you want to set exactly but when you create a service you can set that lasts 8 hours

Then you set capacity min i max end you can set 3 and 8

If you set that you work hours are 8 hours on that day then only this one appointment can be booked

The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.

When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:

My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.

You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.

    Kind Regards,

Thanks for the feedback, I'll try to explain myself better:
The service must be bookable one per day for a Min of 3 person to a max of 8 person.
The service must be bookable only once even if we have not reached the maximum number of people
The cost of the service is based on the number of persons.
So if the service is booked it will no longer be available on the same day, even if we have not reached the maximum number of people

    Hello again,

    The same answers apply

    Amelia works like this

If you have service that last 1 hour and your employee work hours then this service can be booked 8 times we do not have option to block this service fir the rest of the day.

If this service last 8 hours and your employee work hours are also 8 hours long then this service can be booked only one.

As soon as the appointment starts then this no one else can book this service

Now for capacity you can set 2 option depending on what you want

    1. You set capacity min i max to 3 and 8 and you can that 3 separate persons can book this individually

and then in appointment settings you need to turn on option called Allow booking below minimum capacity

    2. Or you can set that only one person can book and that it must bring with them at least 3 more people up to 7 more

For this you need to enable option in edit service called bring someone with you

and then in appointment settings you need to turn off option called Allow booking below minimum capacity
